Cancelled my appointment an hour before it was due. The day before my holiday. Ruined my holiday. Last time I was there they sliced my toe open on a badly fitted bit is aluminium. I didn't even complain. They were never very good at nails but we're convenient to where I live as I'm disabled. Avoid this place. Rude and unreliable.

They're an absolute disgrace. The young boy was pulling my cuticles and then the girl took over. She was no better. They put the Polish on without taking the old polish off and on top of the handcream.

Sophie did a wonderful job with my awkward length short nails that had some damage. They are now nicely shaped and I adore the chrome effect on them. The team were very welcoming and professional, I will definitely go again.
