Had a bike fit with Callum a month or so after experiencing pain in one foot riding in the Alps. He's previously fitted my son and sorted him out. A few tweaks on position improved it a lot, but having wide feet I always felt as it the inner sole was supporting the wrong part of the foot. I wear wide fit Lake shoes, but still have to go up a size. I returned for moulded insoles to be made a week or so ago, so far everything is good, support is in the right place and riding pain free. This was my second time visiting Callum. Both times I arrived with issues, and both times I left satisfied.
Callum is 1) a nice guy, 2) very knowledgeable and 3) exhibits fantastic customer service. I have had a couple of fits and follow ups with Callum. The most recent was on a new gravel bike, which needed a bit of fine tuning versus my road bike numbers. Callum helped me through the process to get me set up for a big race. The added cherry on top was extra power, which I could see developing as he suggested small changes. Booked a bike fit with Callum, a few weeks ago after riding with continuous knee pain. After the appointment my bike felt like a brand new bike. And now have been able to ride without any pain. He also provided me with exercises and stretches to complete. Would highly recommend and I will be getting my bikes fitted here in the future again.
