I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now and I have never missed an appointment. However there was one day I was feeling so sick the morning of my appointment booked with Guluzar and I had to go to A&E. I called Guluzar and begged her to move my appointment to another day thinking she wouldn’t have a problem since I’ve been a loyal customer but this lady replied and said it’s not her problem, that she doesn’t care and that she is still going to charge me and that I’d need to book another appointment. Vega review Gülüzar is exceptional. She is a master of her craft with such a light, delicate and swift touch. She is efficient, friendly and very welcoming. There is no other place or person I would go to other than her A secure sanctuary of peace with such a tranquil atmosphere. Booked electrolysis and hair growth was not sure if the hair was long enough on the day of the appointment. Emailed in the morning with no reply, then called and asked for advice about if I could still come or if I should move the appointment to the following day. Person on the phone told me I should have thought of it before and refused to move the appointment and charged me anyway. Really unhelpful and unfriendly, will now book the course of treatments with a different salon.

Electrolysis I attended here in 2020. It was a very painful experience, and I was left with multiple holes in my face. Very horrible. I was also asked to cancel my appointment booked through Treatwell as the establishment would not get all of the money. I would recommend AGAINST going here. Looking back at the photos, I think the damage done to my face could have ended much worse for me, and I believe this place should be investigated! Appointment with Guluzar.

This is objectively the best beauty salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years for all my beauty needs, primarily waxing and electrolysis - which has transformed my face and skin. When I’m ready for laser hair treatment, VEGA will be my first point of call. You can really trust the service you get here every time and it shows in the results.
