I visited the shop and was greeted by the barber, who was very friendly and helpful. The place appears clean and offers a variety of treatments. However, booking an appointment is extremely difficult—it takes weeks, and even then, you're left chasing them with no response or being left on read. While the shop has potential, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service overshadow the positive aspects. My son visited here yesterday to have his hair done. We were so impressed with the end result. Very professional, did exactly what he wanted and he left feeling so happy. Will definitely be back & I highly recommend 😊
