I've been seeing Dr. Chandra since last summer, and he is great. I wish they had a patient portal. I've left word asking to get one set up, but nothing yet. UPDATE: I now have a patient portal, but it is very basic and doesn’t have a bill pay feature or a bill payer reminder system. Calling the billing department isn't fun, and the wait time is way too long!

I recently changed cardiologists due to insurance issues , and I’m so glad I did !! I was diagnosed with POTS three years ago & the cardiologist I was seeing , didn’t really do much for me ..& with POTS it’s one of those things where there’s not very much you can do , except monitor & take medication . When I walked into the VCC office , the receptionists were so nice & friendly !! I ended up having a stress test done & the nurse and tech that were in there , were so caring & understanding ! Incredible team handled my stress test! The nurses went above and beyond during my visit. We are blessed to have this Cardiology practice in Fredericksburg.
This is mostly due to the reception and how they treat everyone that comes in. I have seen how the woman receptionist with tattoos talks to all the patients with attitude. 3 separate days, multiple interactions and same bad attitude with everyone. Old folks don't come here to receive attitude, they come here due to their physical condition or what ever health hardships they are going through.
