Care is important there but so are profits. The vets give no end of life guidance but instead they ask only for more up front cash.

My 4 month old Dachshund puppy, Bella, was very ill with vomiting and diarrhea. Worried that she ate something either poisonous or obstructive, we took her in at 10:00 pm on Friday night. The staff was amazing and very helpful from the receptionist to the technicians to the doctors. Doctor Klomhaus was extremely thorough and informative in diagnosing or baby. He recommended a 24 hour stay to monitor Bella, which was the most difficult 24 hours ever! However, the medical staff kept me updated every few hours with Bella's cond... read more

I want to give thanks to the VCA personal in Indio CA for showing us such respect for the loss of our pet Centurion last Sunday. You gave us Centurion body in a beautiful box to make her a funeral. Thank you for your work and your efforts to bring her alive! Thank for the room you gave us to grieve her. I would like to add pictures, but I couldn’t. We are grateful!

Will never go back to that horrible place!!!!They put us outside even before they diagnosed my puppy! It took 5 hours! Wouldn’t x-ray my puppy even though I asked them to! They said my puppy had Parvo and she didn’t! To make a long story short! Gave Gia rice water and milk and she finally pooped the object out! After $700 and no Parvo,my Gia is on her way to recovery no thanks to that terrible place!!
