Horrible, they advertise first visit $25. But, make me wait from 2:30pm to 10:30pm rapped my wallet w over $500. For medication + visit which end up signing up for 1y ripoff that doctor she so dishonest liar w her notes hurt my dogs legs unprofessional boarding staff called and threatened me wanting me to get my dogs day earlier or she cancel my appointment and hang up on me ! Dr. Trousdale, Terry, and the entire team gave us our happy dog Kai back after TPLO on both knees! We are so grateful for the amazing care and treatment she received, and for how great they were at easing our anxiety!
They made my very sick dog wait for hours. Took other dogs ahead who weren’t sick.
I honestly can not say that I have ever seen such a wonderful ER Clinic. From the front desk, Michael and Gabriel to the wonderful triage nurse, (I truly wish I knew your name) to Dr. Juarez and the staff I keep calling. Thank you THANK YOU!!!!! My life has been a crazy 5 days with this emergency on top of it, every single one of you were amazing, kind and caring. Thank you for fixing my Charger, nothing but love from me and Idyllwild!!! #CranstonFire
Wonderful place to take your pets. The employees are very loving and caring. :)
My dog broke her leg about a month ago, the vet put a cast on it, today the vet took the cast off, I was charged 500$ to get the cast taken off, when I got home I was surprised to find that MY DOGS LEG IS STILL BROKEN, despite the fact that the vet assured me it wasn't broken. I am very disappointed, they usually take good care of my animals
