Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Waited 4 hours in the waiting room &45 minutes in an examination room ... still no Dr...just a tech that hand wrote notes, told us a Dr would be right in....45 minutes later--we just up & left. I still owe them for taking Bosley's temperature......I guess they know by now what they can do with the thermometer!!!!!!
Were can I get pet insurance so I can save $$$ on my 3 puppies?
Avoid this business at all costs. They have a revolving door of vets and are always understaffed. I took our dog there for preventive care regularly since the time she was.born over 8 years ago. When she required urgent emergency care this week, I was told there were no appointments available and only one vet was on duty during standard business hours on a week day. Never again will I do business with these people, and neither should you!
