VCA Indio is amazing!. They treat our German Shepherd (Monroe) as one of their own. We board Monroe with them on occasion. The entire staff goes out of their way to greet him and make him feel comfortable. Monroe had surgery last year to remove a pre-cancerous toe and pad. Dr Trousdale and Ashley were fantastic in providing Monroe the very best of care. Once again another great thank you to Michael in the kennel department. Monroe loves him to death. They do good work but are extremely expensive!! They charge at least double what other Vets charge. I think they take advantage of people because we are in an affluent area.
I wouldn't take my love's anywhere else! They get the best treatment, attention and love here as well as they're grooming! VCA rocks!!
You know you've been at the hospital way too often when you walk in and the nurses yell out "Amani's mom is here!!" Amani got hit by a car shattered her pelvis and broke her leg. Everyone on staff has been wonderful keeping me updated on everything that is going on with my little one. It is a bit pricy but definitely worth the 24hr service. They walk me through every treatment step, called me every step of the surgery to let me know what's going. I was in there at least 3 times a day. I rushed my cat here this week because he was in pain and could not use his back legs. From the moment we walked in, the staff handled our situation with urgency and compassion. Unfortunately, our cat was not able to be saved. The vet, vet tech, and front office staff were amazing. They were so kind to us and our kitty. I have never been to a veterinarian clinic with such kind staff. One final note, They allowed me to cuddle and hug my kitty while they administered the final meds. Michael is awesome and has a true love for dogs. He even sent a video of our fur babies during our vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Had to take our baby girl Pearl in last night because she got bit by something and her face swelled up! So pleased with the service with got from the staff! Pearl is almost back to normal. Thanks for the great care
