Staff was AMAZING! Dr. Trousdale made this hard time a very pleasurable one. Made sure he walked me through every single step of the surgery before and after. Nurses are also amazing so friendly.
I had to take my baby Mandy to VCA because she had an allergic reaction to her shots and the staff was very kind and helpful and the doc I seen was great to explain what was going on even though I already knew but atleast her reussured me that she would be ok and they kept her until her swelling went down...I would go back in an emergency again because they always seem to help this was my second time to VCA first time was for my other doggy! I took my Billy Rae in for emergency treatment, was attacked by a Pitbull. The staff took over the minute I walked in. Very caring, very compassionate. They not only treated my Billy in that way but also were compassionate with me. Very helpful and made it possible for me to be calm in the most difficult time. I highly recommend VCA. I say I liked it because it's hard to say you've loved something when it's finding out your puppy has parvo. But Sabrina gave us hope. We are treating our little Lucy at home. God willing she will make it! Thank you for spending all those hours with us to make the difficult decisions!
