RecommendedI think it's doctor foot he was very thorough. pointed out that I didn't get my cat with her cheek drain in sooner for the follow-up visit and he had to do another drain in her forehead. that was expensive wasn't happy about that but wanted to share that I was given the veteran discount it still was $1,100. during this quarantine it was tricky dropping off emergency and picking up same day surgery. Staff was very efficient and mindful of face mask precautions
My pup got into some rat poison that we believe was intentionally placed on our back patio. VCA took my hysterical call at 6:35 in the morning, walked me through the poison control reporting process, and had a treatment plan in place by the time we arrived. They did a thorough exam, gave very clear written instructions for medication administration, what to watch for, etc., and they answered all of my questions with patience and grace. I wish we lived closer so that this location could be my regular vet.
no happy with service, not happy that they did not know what to do and how to treat my dog. !
After charging an insane fee simply for taking a look at my friends pup the lady at the counter said dogs are not essential they're a luxury. So why are you open?
Actually, gain a heart and be nice to people that are suffering. Offer low cost options.
2 hours in parking lot , dog inside , no treatment or exam , liars, worst place in Valley . Poor communication
