I love the place a little bit expensive, but is a emergency hospital. they help my dog and perform a emergency surgery. He is healthy and happy.
New Years Eve is no time for a sick pet and my own vet had an emergency of his own so I was referred to Newark. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. The front office staff were so kind and caring. But I can't say enough good things about Dr. Katrina Cusack. I trusted wee Angus to her because she made both Angus and I feel she loved him as much as I did. Even in tremendous pain Angus fell in love with her. This place was nice but they will rob u blind if u go there u can get the same or better care else where for half the price i could even get them to change my dogs rabies shoot after finding the records they wanted me to come back in a year for another rabies shoot instead of 3 years so they can charge me again place is a rip off will never go there again unless its a emergency because there 24hr and very close
I was not impressed with the care or the vet that was on duty when I went in. I decided to take my rottie there when she was having some worrisome issues because it is closer than the emergency vet we used to go to. I should have trusted my gut and went to West Chester veterinary hospital instead. They practically rob you. Now my dog is getting the proper treatment that she needs with 24 hour care at the wet Chester vet for the same price that they wanted to charge for just outpatient care. Everyone did a great job managing my puppy. They very compassionate and informative. Had a great experience in an unfortunate situation.
