These amazing docs and staff saved our boxer puppies life after he got hit by a car. They are awesome!
If there was a zero star capability that is what I would give them..less than sympathetic. .rude staff and ridiculously overpriced..I had to take my dog there almost 2 years ago and told me that she MIGHT live through emergency surgery for an infected uterus that they wanted over 3000 $ to complete and when I refused they wanted me to put her down..thankfully I refused..I went to my vet 2 days later..had the surgery and spent a week in ICU for a little over 1000 $ and she is still alive and well
I am giving VCA a five star ONLY because they were there for me and my cat when my veterinary clinic was closed, they were awesome and help me deal and took aways my animals pain....diagnosed her issues until I could get her in to where I normally go..My only ISSUE IS.....that over all.....they are OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICE !!! Way to expensive for this economy.
