Dr. Blair is the best! She's so patient and down to earth. She fully explains what's going on in way to understand terms. And the assistants and receptionists are great too! Very friendly and excellent customer service!
My chihuahua was seen here for his first seizure. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like they were treating my pet like they would treat their own. Thanks to the staff, I got to bring my baby home! Thanks again
I'm always nervous to go to the vet and the staff was very friendly to my cat and I , they staff talked to moos when they took him back , and put his collar back on him when it came off .
I have a pet plan with Banfield, but they referred me to VCA because they were so full and it was very urgent. My cat was in pain, I took him in and they took him right away. They answered all my questions. Gave us correct medication, they were very honest about going to my primary vet for cheaper testing and i appreciated that.
Our Pomeranian Kotaro got attacked by a golden retriever, 8-10inch cut around the top of his neck down a little but his right shoulder. Everything so far has been pretty amazing, but this is about 24 hours into it, and reading some on the negatives, wow. I hope we don't experience a charge for getting Kotaro drip tube removed (both doctor and nurse said we wouldn't have to.). I mean already forking over $1,300 for emergency care and meds. Gah, our medical system doesn't just have us by the balls so does the vets.
We had a wonderful experience. My husband rushed our doberman here on a Saturday night after she had been vomiting and refusing to eat for 24 hours. The office staff, techs and vets were all amazing. Our dog received exceptional care. She had emergency surgery to repair an intussusception and spent 2 nights recovering. They saved my dogs life.
We were previously seeing a different vet for preventive care and when I wanted a second opinion I found VCA and Dr. Blair. After 3 years, I could not be happier with both the preventive services and the emergancy services at this vet. Dr. Blair and her assistant, Liz, are incredible clinicians and even better they deal with me - the crazy dog mommy. I have much appriciation for the both of them and hope they are at VCA as long as I am a pet parent.
Wonderful staff! My dog will be happy to come back! She was very happy leaving our appointment!
