Thank you so much for taking care of Spock and saving his life last week!!!! I'm glad it turned out that he did not have parvo and just had a bad reaction to some dewormer. I also appreciate all the precautions you guys took and put him in quarantine when you thought he had parvo to protect the other animals. Charge way too much and claim it's because there a hospital. What ever happened to for the love of animals!!! Plus the wait time was 3hrs.
The Vet is great, front desk is great. Don't deal with a Vet Tech named Sarah, she treated our Family awful, everyone else was amazing. I don't mind waiting, I don't have a problem with that at all, but your Vet Tech in an emergency situation is a big mistake!!!!
The doctors here always take great care of my animals, very caring.
Be very careful when you take you pets here. They did do a good job taking care of my dog, but when you are told by two people that there is NO CHARGE to have her come back to have the bandage on her foot removed , and then end up charging you $49.50 after spending $348.00 for her nail removal is ridiculous.!!! I am so pissed at them, I will never go back. The emergency vet in Tacoma has never done that. I would have taken her to my vet if I knew they were going to pull this shit.
