I can’t say enough about how great all the staff is that I encountered today was. I called this morn and was able to get my puppy in even though they were booked. Everything was explained in detail and prices are affordable. Thank you all.
We came in as an emergency with our Great Dane Sophie. . wonderful staff. . thank you for treating her. . she's there as I type and I know she's receiving the best possible care.. thank you!!!!
Late last night my feline friend had passed. I brought him there quickly hoping there was something to be done which we found there wasn’t. A doctor allowed us to say our goodbyes as long as we wanted and offered us water and tissues and comfort. When we were ready to give our beloved pet back, she explained our options and from there we moved forward. The front desk woman was also very pleasant and patient despite my inability to function under pressure. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely the best clinic/e.r. Hands down. Been here twice for my dog, he’s a Pitbull and they don’t judge or refuse service. They are very caring and respectable staff. Nurses take there time with you and Dr. Saunders is very smart in her diagnosis. And the best is it’s suprisingly affordable. I will always take my dog there as long as I’m in WA state.
My dog, Rocky, was admitted a year ago with severe pancreatitis. It's incredible that he survived. He was in ICU for 9 days. Prices were accurately quoted. Communication was good. It wasn't perfect, but he got excellent care.It IS a busy regional ER, & waiting is sometimes inevitable, but they seem to do a good job of triaging. Was back there today because Rocky was in a lot of pain. I thought it was his pancreas, but it back spasms. Left with meds, & a treatment plan. No unnecessary tests done.
