We took our last dog there last time when she was passing away and they were very kind about it 💖💖🙏🏻🙏🏻Generous 😇I miss Angel Pepper.. Rip :( But anyway, yeah we went to take our dog Lala there today because she has a hotspot so she will get better :)
RecommendedBoth of our pups have been treated so well when we have needed the VCA! We even switched both of our dogs for their primary care needs because we have been so impressed with the vets, vet techs, staff, and facility.
We came in after 1am because our dogs had gotten hold of some rat poison while we were sleeping, and they were caring, and professional, and had our girls in back being treated immediately. They were very friendly at each of the 4 follow up visits to get blood draws and treatment.
Called Friday to talk to a tech about what my options were for a hematoma on my dogs ear, was told there were 3 options and to bring her in to get checked out. Brought her in the next morning and the vet did not even bother to examine my dog, didn’t lay a single finger on her or look at her ear. She told me surgery was the only option for a hematoma (which is not true) and asked why I was told just 12 hours before by another staff member I had 2 other options and I got a vague response that didn’t answer my question at all. ... read more
We came in with a very sick kitty, they put us in a small exam room for 3.5 hours and NO ONE. Checked in on us. We had to go out to ask the receptionist to send in a tech to at least take his vitals. Then when the doctor finally came in she said there is nothing she could do but chalk it up to an allergic reaction and to just let him rest. A shot of Benadryl and $165.00 later he’s still sick. I would recommend this be your last choice when it comes to animal care.
RecommendedI woke up to my dog with a swollen face! I’m her 911; I went to a vet hospital just minutes from me. No doctors in till 0900 but they referred me to VCA. I immediately headed there. I found them to be kind, understanding and quick to respond to my dog’s needs. You could tell they love animals which made me feel better. I’d never been there before. I will use them again!!! They are less then 15 min away from me.
