Recently we lost our Gimli of 16 years. And it is so hard to make decision and cope with the death of a pet. Everyone at VCA was there and supportive. The kindness and how they respected Gimli was beyond belief. They help me with the grieving that day, which helped me in the next day! Thank you.
Thank you so much to Dr Fletcher and the whole staff in the emergency room tonight. My kitty had renal failure and needed to be put down and the personnel here were top notch. Made my fur baby comfortable and wrapped her in blankets with her favorite stuffy to keep her comfortable. She was a very good girl and the staff ensured her last moments were sweet and with us. I strongly recommend this clinic.

What kind of vet sends a dog home with oral medications when they are vomiting and haven't eaten in the days? And failed to even try to do a fecal test when he was suspected of having a parasite, which was confirmed by another vet and over $2,000 more later due to his deteriorated health. Will never take a pet there ever again. Beware!
These people are a joke!!! Our dog got hit by a car and animal control brought her here. My lady was told they wanted $1500 right now or we could take her home and hope for he best. Wouldnt even let us make payments. Even though my lady works at Harrison. What kind of sick people turn away care for an animal and tell the owner, who is already distraught, “you can take her home and hope for the best”?
