I had to come here in the middle of the night to put down our police dog and during this horrible time the vet lectured me and my husband on how we should have given Gus a fighting chance. Gus was 14 and was throwing up profusely and couldn’t get up. This experience traumatized me and I can still hear the vet’s voice in my head as she was putting my dog to sleep saying she couldn’t believe I wouldn’t help my dog. Great place, attentive staff...
we have been sitting at the vet's office for over 4 hours with dog that has puncture wounds in her neck that won't stop bleeding. it took an hour for us to be put in a room and another 2 for the vet to even look at the dog they have had her in the back for at least an hour and haven't gotten to her yet. This is the worst experience I've ever had here and I've come here alot for various reasons and degrees of emergencies I understand that they have other patients but everyone that has showed up after us have already been disc... read more

It has been my experience that my dogs and cats have received the best medical care available anywhere! It is a comfort to know that the hospital is open 24/7. RecommendedThey took great care of our 13 yr old Bassett Hound. Honestly, I got better care at VCA in an emergency than the vet I’ve used for 20 years. I will bringing all my animals back for their regular care. Dr. Zachary Marcus and the entire staff were fantastic!
