I just want to let everyone know never to take your pet to the VCA central kitsap animal hospital in silverdale. There's a better one in poulsbo. we waited almost 4 hours and were treated extremely rudely by doctor Mead, because we didn't agree with her 800$ treatment plan. This woman actually yelled at my fiancé and I and then stormed off. We called our regular vet today and they agreed that they were just trying to rip us off. We are getting all his meds plus more stuff done for 1/4 of the price.
Dr. Mead & Jazmine were there for me & my dog Jack at 2am couple nights ago after my dog was attacked by a bigger dog. I was a mess & they were so nice & sincerely wanted to (& did) really help me & fixed Jack up! I can't thank them enough!
I have never dealt with more caring and compassionate individuals, from the receptionists to the doctors. We've had to bring our beagle Bella there quite a few times in the last few months, and each time I felt like they were treating their own pet, they were so loving! I would recommend this facility to any and everyone who asks! They make a difficult time more tolerable! Thank you VCA!
My Dr was so kind. And very informative. By the end of the visit the doc and I where sitting on the ground and stud muffin was laying in the couch. So cute he's got his humans trained.
