I have booked two tours with VC Tours in the past, one to Vinales and the other to Varadero. Both experiences were excellent and you can't beat the price for the service provided. A private tour for your group (in my case my GF and I, but the cars can do up to 4), with an informative guide and driver allowing you to help shape the journey if you so choose. We booked the tour the night before and they were extremely flexible and easy to deal with. The car was beautiful and very well maintained, making the drive comfortable. Douglas, the guide, was exceptional — perfect English and very knowledgeable about Cuban history and daily life. I used them Dec 26th thru Jan 2nd. The guide (Mady) and all the drivers were great. Very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend them for private tours of West and Central Cuba. The guides speak very very good English. They also are good at recommending great cultural activities outside of the tour, Air BnB and also restaurants.
