Bought my car at Varsity and only bring it there for service. Todd helped me with a number of issues when I was stranded the day before it was scheduled to go in and even called me later to make sure I got home OK. Brandon was my service advisor and kept me in the loop the two days my car was in service. I like that we are able to communicate via cell phone and don't have to try main number and be put on hold.
