Best customer Service ever... Like seriously....I brought my Lincoln Continental last month and they tested me like Royalty..Secondly my speakers wasn’t quite sounding right and steering wheel vibration,so they came and brought me another vehicle and picked mines up fixed the problem and Also changed brakes, Tires and a few other things !!!!!Thats what you call Great Customer Service!!!!Thanks again

I have yet to receive even remotely decent service from Varsity.... But to bring my vehicle in for service, spend $1100 for service (which is another story-wrongfully charged had to call me back) over three hours and then the dealership to damage my MKZ and not tell me>? That’s beyond horrible, matching dents from raising my car for service. My service person was terrific, it was not her fault, I expected at least an apology not a rude follow up call from the cashier who screwed up my billing. You would not receive this trea... read more
