We have been loyal customers of Varsity Lincoln/Ford since they were in Garden City. We followed them when they moved out to Novi. Our family has leased or bought over 30 cars from them. Service has always been impeccable. The sales personnel are friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Since my husband's first job out of college was selling Ford cars for Pat Milliken, he's got high standards. We keep coming back because they're the best.
I recently bought my new ford escape and I love it. I have done business here for over probably 15 years or more now and love it. Mark Ambroziak has taken care of me for over 10 years at least and he is the best. He knows what I like and want before I even have to ask. Mario was great! I bought my MKC almost a year ago. He was flexible with my schedule and made it an easier process than I expected it to be. Although their customer service when you need to take your vehicle in is another story, not the service I was sold on when I bought the car.
