To dub someone’s car as “poop brown” is absolutely preposterous and the alleged discrimination and malpractice at this location, if true, highlight the very worst of this era. Take your business elsewhere folks

I’m for one shocked and don’t know whether to be sad or angry. THIS PLACE IS HATEFUL and I dare to even say racist. They did a faulty job on my breaks and as a resolution, they fixed the brakes for free. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to see that my windshield was cracked right down the center from top to bottom. Before I was fully out of my car someone was asking if I could use his help. He directed me to the salesman that I had an appointment with. Once there, Ben Leece had a folder with complete information on all of the cars that I expressed interest in. I was able to test drive all three and made a decision on that Thursday, applied for and was approved for credit online that night. My salesperson drove the car out to my the next day. An excellent experience from the first phone call.

Initially went to Varsity to look at 2017/18 used mkz they had 10 or so to chose from. Tried to deal on one, but we couldn’t reach a deal. Continued to look for others the following week, found some good deals, but they weren’t certified and were roughly the same price. Ended going back to Varsity with my tail between my legs, and looked at the original car I tried to get the deal on. The salesman (Sam) was cool about it and got it cleaned up.
