What a terrible experience . I was harassed by the assistant service manager , starred at , he called all people I had interaction with asking why I was there and I needed to leave . What a terrible feeling to be 5months pregnant, female , all alone bringing my husbands car to be serviced and to be intimidated and humiliated for what reason I am unsure of . Treatment of customers, as customers are definitely number 1! We had an amazing sales associate Denise Baiardi, she was very interested in the vehicle that I was currently driving, options on the vehicle and as well as what I was looking for in a new vehicle. We had an amazing sale associate ...when my husband ask 1,000 questions Sam never hesitated a second and had an excellent response to every single issue.
