Mechanic couldn’t locate the wheel nut lock to rotate the tires on my MKX, but later the Service Mgr took the time and found it- stored in the owner manual- and was graciously offered a free oil change/rotation for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service!

I shopped at Varsity Lincoln today for the first time I was treated better than I’ve ever been treated shopping anywhere Larry lol took such good care of me that I guarantee you I will never shop anywhere else again he treated me like I own the place and from what I hear that’s how they treat everyone best shopping experience ever highly recommend Larry law
I recently bought a brand new Aviator and we have several issues with it. I called to get service on it and the service department said they aren't taking any new customers and I have to go to another dealership! I was like what are you talking about. This is the closest dealer to my house and now I need to go somewhere else? I've never heard of a dealership refusing to service a brand new vehicle.
