What an experience. Truthfully, when wanting to purchase a $60k vehicle I want to make sure we are getting a good deal. However, our salesperson, Melvin Smith seem so frustrated when negotiating price and talking numbers. I was never rude to him. When asked why internet price was 4,000 cheaper then online price I was told via text that we went over numbers today. I asked melvin smith why the numbers online were so much cheaper I got no response. I asked if business intentionally false advertising prices online, no response, I then asked to no longer be contacted. A minute later received a message stating... "We didn't sir you contacted me. You told me you were going to Classic "... Beyond unprofessional. I am floored about this business practices.

Service department here is unbelievable. I turned my car in to get repaired on a Thursday, 9/24. I received a call from the service manager, Travis, on the following Tuesday, 9/29 that the car was getting repaired at another dealership and I should be able to pick up the car on Wednesday, 9/30. Called at 1:30 PM Wednesday, 9/30 and was informed that the car was still at the other dealership and the service manager wasn’t there to be able to answer my questions. My son has been trying for a week to purchase a vehicle from Vandergriff Chevrolet. We are getting put off, and put off, and put off. 1st they tell us the truck they have advertised for $21k...is not actually the “PRICE” as advertised, then after my son “pre-qualified” after calling back to try and find out if he qualified, they tell us they never got it. I found a 2020 Silverado 2500 High Country online and was excited to find the exact truck I was looking for and in my price range. VERY dishonest dealership who apparently is used to selling cars to people who are easily manipulated. Went to purchase a used car from them and they are over an hour away. We called them to let them know we were on the way and in between the time we called and the time we arrived the online price mysteriously went up $751. We bought a brand new 2019 Camaro SS in May of last year. We brought it back a few days later due to a rattle coming from the back dash. We found out they sold it to us with blown speakers. They had it for over a week to replace them. The sale process was normal as any dealership you have to negotiate after a very long day we came to an agreement and was able to purchase my vehicle. I purchased a $70,000.00 vehicle and would think I would get some better Customer Service since I kept getting reminded I was purchasing the higher end model of SUVs but so not the case.
