I would have had a better experience if the price listed on the website was the price they would honor at the dealership. Also GM advertised honoring first responder with special discounts. Unfortunately @Vandergriff Chevrolet did not make my mother feel honored. She is an RN that has been renting a car to go to work because she didn't have time to shop for a car. 10 out of 10 recommend. Bought two vehicles at this place and both times had a top notch experience.
Had to make an appointment to finish our car deal because of COVID. Made appointment no problem, Manuel super nice salesman set us up. After confirming appoint 3 times by phone and 1 text, driving 2.5 hours 1 way, made in within 1/2 a mile from dealership and the GM says he sold the truck out from under us. Said it’s first come first serve at this dealership, and it didn’t matter how far I drove. “Thought car sales were by appointment only”? How are you going to let someone off the street buy the truck we made an appointment... read more
GM Edwin is extremely rude and shady. I’d rather go somewhere else and buy a crappy Ford than a Chevrolet from this dealership.
Had an appointment to buy a truck, drove over two hours and it was sold out from under us. The useless manager Edwin was extremely rude, offered no sort of apology and told us that it was, “first come first serve. And that it wasn’t his problem we had to drive over two hours”. Even though we had an appointment and they called multiple times to confirm that we were going to be there. Super unprofessional, shady, and rude. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
