Took a co-worker to sign paperwork on a truck with an appointment and he called back and said to come pick him up because the truck was sold out from under him. How are you going to schedule to come and sign paperwork and then sell the truck! That is absolutely NOT customer service. Make sure if your salesman is Jeffery Burnett, beware. Vandergriff, especially during these times, you should have BETTER customer service! I will make sure I send people elsewhere.

i had to make an appointment for an oil change witchbis fine but i was there 2 hours just watching them drive my car in and out of the bay's instednof just changing the oil and letting me be on my way.

Best place to buy a vehicle. I have bought my last 2 vehicles here and they have great customer service, easy buying process, and the service department is great too. They get me in and out when getting an oil change!
