Great experience ! Our sales person Madi Green was professional , low pressure and a pleasure to work with !!! I had checked their website Sunday , found a truck that I was interested in . Madi made the whole process extremely easy , and as of today I’m the proud owner of a 2021 Colorado. Ask for Madi Green, you won’t be disappointed !
They advertise on 3rd parties lower prices to get you in the door then up the prices "based on daily market prices" lol. They claimed the price we found on cargurus for the same car w same vin & stock # was inaccurate. They also claimed they have had it brought to their attention but it has not been fixed yet. That being said they would give the truck to us for the $1500 difference. Losing us & many other buyers. It is a shame. Terrible customer service. All lies. Beware of this dealer. Love our car but through the whole process we where lied to. Told one thing and then told oh sorry that can’t happen. When we finally get a car was promised that we would get something for the car and that it would be in on Monday. Called Monday and was told Tuesday. Then on Tuesday was told it’s in back order and not sure when they will be in. Shouldn’t promise things that you can’t follow through on. Nothing about this place impressed me. After dealing with a previous bad dealership, I came here in hopes of being “wowed” but this was just Eh. The prices were higher than what I was expecting but whatever. My Service advisor was on point though! She was good about reaching out to me in well timely manner. This is also the first dealership that doesn’t wash/clean my car after it’s been serviced.. I decided to try them out but I don’t think I will be returning. Thanks for the service though

Worst dealership ever! Price increased once we got there; Website says something, they show something else. Even manager doesn’t know how take care of customer. Now I got that why they have 3stars ratings!
