I had a great experience working with Kayla, and Jessica. They were very helpful in getting me in the truck that I wanted within my payment range. Also the GSM Shane was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle from them. They wait till after you sign paper work to let you know they only have one key. We also had concerns about the tires that were on it yet we were told nothing we can do sorry. I'm a General Motors employee and it saddens me that a GM dealership would treat a customer like that.

They did a super job of getting my vehicle running smoothly. We took it in at 3pm on a Thursday and it was all fixed on Friday by noon. They called and told me the problem and before I knew it the car was ready.

Bill and the finance team were able to help me out of what felt like an impossible situation with my current car. I was actually able to leave the dealership with the car I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond to help me. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive from Waco!
