took my truck to see why it was having issues, they told me I needed a new transmission and it be almost 7,000 so I picked it up took it to another location and they change a transmission module and now it's running fine, I will never bring another vehicle for them to work on again

Melvin and Beth are two of the worst representatives working at Vandergriff Chevrolet. My husband and I came in as first time buyers and were treated very poorly. Melvin was argumentative when we asked him questions about our application and Beth didn’t know absolutely anything about her job. We hated the experience and now we have to go back to square 1 to salvage our credit because of all of the inquiries placed on our reports. Very disappointed and a big waste of time. Please avoid this place. They don’t treat you right.
