Treated with extreme disrespect by sales manager, Eddie. We went there because my family has purchased two trucks from them in the past; however, none of us will be back.
We just went in and had our car evacuated for a trade in and they broke our foor handle and offered a totally ridiculous amount for trade in-- were not particularly courteous either 🤬🤬🤬
Terrible experience today with my 72 year old father. Went in to purchase a truck advertised online after calling to make appointment. Then had to deal with Eddie who said the truck was more than $1000 more that it actually says online. He said “accessories” not listed are included in his price. Those included window tint and floor mats...FLOOR MATS!!!! He said that all dealerships do this and the price listed online isn’t necessarily the sale price because of accessories.
