I had a great experience. My check engine light came on. I made an appointment to take my car in. They said it will take 2 to 3 days to look at it. Well they were able to check my car that day and found the problem. it was ready the same day!! This is the best service I have ever received. I was especially thankful that I was given a rental for the time they had it!!
Taking my car to service today was a nightmare, horrible customers service!!! I'm paying all kinds of insurance for them to tell me I have to leave my car several days and they can not give me other car while they keep mine even that one ot the insurance im paying for is supposed to cover that!
Unprofessional people. They don’t know their inventory
I made an appointment to drop off my car Friday at 7am. I was told it would be ready Saturday. I call in today and my car hasn’t even been looked at, the tech that was assigned my car is off this weekend, which is ok, but if he wasn’t going to be there to finish the repair, assign it to someone else. This is beyond frustrating when you are told something and it doesn’t happen and no one follows through. I go there for my oil changes they don’t take long and take good care of my Corvette. The are polite and professional. I don’t recommend the sales because they gave me the run around when trying to buy a Corvette so I bought mine in San Antonio.
Vandergriff Chevrolet could improve by returning phone calls, doing what they promise, actually fixing the vehicle, and not keeping it over a month to fix it! Very poor customer service and service work. After I had my torque converter replace, my truck is still having transmission issues and it only has 62,000 miles on it!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE AND DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THERE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT!!
