The sales man (Fred Huerta) proved to be a LIAR and SHYSTER. Tell the customer anything and sell him or her anything just to get a sale. Sold me a 2008 Ford Fusion. Lied and said it had been in one minor accident. Only a fender bender. Come to find out it had been in four. And there was frame damage. I will never buy from them again. Van Horn made things right by me with a previous issue. Brian at the service desk and Don Olsen, the mechanic, are first-rate. I will definitely bring both of my Mazdas to Van Horn for service.
I've had my Santa Fe for 9 years and have had very few issues with the vehicle, When I do, the service department does a great job fixing the problem and explaining to me in detail any servicing done. I always feel that I'm in good hands here.
The people at van horn are always friendly and helpful.
They are snakes we were duped into thinking we got a good deal they lied to sell a car with frame damage at full price then refuse to respond to fix the issue. Don't trust these guys!
