We bought a 2012 grand cherokee and we love this vehicle! We didn't even have it 1 week and the check engine light came on! We called them they said they would work with us well they lied! We have been working with a Dodge dealer where we live and they have found a lot wrong and after the 4th time of having it there they are confident that they have it fixed and if not they are willing to work with us! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!
Positive experience this morning with my oil change. In and out on time. No surprises. Courteous employees = happy customers. Free car wash would be nice. �
I would not use the phrase "I loved it" it's not appropriate. I will say I always receive the utmost highest quality workmanship when I have my vehicles serviced at Van Horn in Sheboygan. I even prefer to take my Toyota 4 Runner to Van Horn rather than go to the local Toyota dealer for service.
Crystal in the collision center was great! The whole process was seamless. Very pleased.
Just imagine getting you car appraised and trying to leave afterwards, however the staff at Van Horn Hyundai make it very hard to do so.
