We found are great Genesis G90 on Autotrader. We worked with Joe Thomas, and it was a very positive experience. He was very thorough and detail oriented when discussing the vehicle with me. I was able to video chat with him while he patiently walked around the car and pointed out all the great options the car offered, as well as answering all my questions. Thanks to Jim Rauhut for the great sales experience over a 3-4 week time period to a buyer 8 hours away! I found my future F150 on their Autotrader post with the EXACT features I wanted. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn't delivered to the dealership yet. Jim was prompt and friendly through multiple updates while we waited. Wisconsin law prohibits buying a vehicle unless you've physically seen it. They originally quoted a long wait time for an oil change, tire rotation and after accident inspection. I was surprised at how quick they were done. Their service dept was friendly too. I'm sure they probably don't advertise it but they do offer a 10% military discount for active duty and veterans. Only thing I wish they would change is longer hours on the weekend in the service dept - helpful for those who work during the week.
Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle went in knowing what i was looking for and already had financing, was offered a few extra options for my vehicle that I turned down,I was not pressured into i didn't want or badgered over and over after I said no. Salesman was great Jim, so it was quick and painless for me. Thanks again😀
