Our experience dealing with Van Horn was excellent. They were there when you needed them for any kinds of questions or information that we were looking for. However they were never pushy about anything. We were given all the information and then left to make our decisions on our time. Trevor was great to work with over a several-month span of time in which we were looking. Tyler was super to work with on the financing side. Gary and I highly recommend Van Horn.

We had Ivan as our sales associate and he was fantastic! We drove from Green Bay because Van Horns had a better selection of what I was looking for. I found the exact car I wanted ( I had saw it online) and they gave us a fair price for our trade in. Ivan explained all the features and helped me set up some of them. Did all of our transaction in 1 day and drove home with our new car. Thank you Ivan and the whole crew for making our experience easy and hassle free!
I was driving a rental car and had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. The tire store I went to didn't have the right-sized tire in stock (it was a low-profile sports car size) and it would be Monday before they could get one. Not an option because I was flying back to Georgia on Sunday. In desperation, I went to the dealership. They didn't have the odd size in stock, either, but spent the next 30 minutes calling everyone and located a used tire.
