After reading some bad reviews I thought I would share my experience. I walked in to very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find a car suitable for me! I was in and out that day signed a lease, and drove off happy that day! I have never walked into the dealership even with the service department have been there twice they are willing to help and respond very quickly to any calls or emails I have put in. Thank you Mike for setting me up a few months ago , I love my vehicle and respect all the hard work!
They were great about meeting our needs for the type of vehicle we were looking for and all of the staff was very friendly.
Good salespeople, but not so much after you buy the car and find that something is wrong with it.....the very same day.
Can't seem to get my service contract refund back. May 29 I made the initial request and provided the necessary paperwork. Many lies and false promises between then and now. Evan white left me a msg 8/19 saying they figured out the problem and I should have my $$ shortly. I obviously don't since I'm writing this. At this point a responsible business owner would correct their mistake, cut me a check, and get reimbursed after the fact. I called the warranty service today. Guess what, still not cancelled!!
