Literally had the worst experience of my life at this place. Went to get an oil change and air put in my tires. Waited 2 hours, didn’t get a new sticker and never got the air that was claimed to have been put in. Went back for air and sat and waited and was not acknowledged. I will never do business there ever again.
I came to this place just to check and give me an idea what kind of cars they have. As soon as I came inside Trevor came to us and asked us if we have any questions I told him the kind of car I was looking for and he helped me by showing me the car I wanted which is a Hyundai Genesis 2015. It was a long process for personal reasons but I got my new Genesis on November 14 -2017. I had a great experience. Trevor was so kind, patient and really helped me make the right decision on choosing the right car for me. When the vehicle was delivered to my home my husband was so pleased with my choice and positive experience he thanked Trevor personally.
The personnel was great and very helpfull. Brian from sales is a great person to work with and recommend him to anybody.
We had been to several other dealerships prior to coming to Van Horn. The service was lacking to say the least at the other dealerships. Brian provided terrific service to my son and I. Positive experience start to finish!
If you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle, don't go to Van Horn in Sheboygan! Wish I could rate them a 0! They are not concerned about you as a person nor do they have any morals or values. They are only concerned about making a sale! Be warned! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
