We recently had our wedding here in August 2025 in the ballroom side of the hotel, and the whole team were fantastic all the way through, from planning, to the big day itself! We chose this venue because of the modern & sleek feel it has, and the layout was perfect for wheelchair users which was our top priority when venue searching due to the father of the bride being in a wheelchair. Attend a wedding here there were 2weddings the same day no meet and geat so we ended up at the wrong bar with wrong wedding asked if they had a room to get changed as we had traveled far only to be told if we want to check in 2 hrs early it would be £50 there was no organisation ..the meal for wedding was awful looked like sick on a plate. Dinner service was a shambles and the staff had no table manners. Já fiquei neste hotel mais do que uma vez (anteriormente classifiquei com 3 estrelas). Se ficarmos na parte renovada a experiência é mais agradável, uma vez que se fica no edifício principal. No entanto, ainda tem muito espaço para melhorar no que se refere à atenção ao detalhe.
