I went in for an oil change, asked them about my vehicle not being on level ground and was told it wasn't off by much. They finished up and I left on a trip out of town. I stopped for fuel about 100miles down the road and ck'd my oil on level ground, it was below the first mark on the dipstick. Which means it was more than a quart low. Worst oil change experience. Broke my oil plug out of my car and refused to pay for it told me it would be $700 to get my car fixed plus had to pay for a tow truck. Terrible service.
