I went in for a routine oil change and after I left my engine had no oil pressure. After the mechanic looked at it there’s $3000 worth of damage. We are still fighting with them to fix this issue and this happened on 8/28/2020.

Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. The manager, Brian, was not helpful in any sort of way and was unwilling to help fix an issue that was very clearly their fault. I have been a customer here for years and because of this situation they have lost my business as a loyal customer.

I fell for your bait and switch app coupon. I had a $10 off coupon at home I could have used. I want be back and I refused the other services recommend even though I was planing to get it done today. You lost my business for life. I have used Valvoline for years but that need today and I will tell ever one about your illegal tactics. I don't think this was a mistake. It could have been corrected yesterday if it was! My wife works for the Chattanooga police department and I will be taking to her tonight about this.
I have also stopped using Valvoline Instant Oil Change (1792 Dayton Blvd,... after they did all they could to cover their ass when my transmission dipstick and tube assembly was magically disconnected after an oil change. Luckily it was found a few days later by another mechanic we had look over our car before a long trip. When I went back to ask them about it, they “reviewed the tapes” and said it wasn’t them, assured me someone from customer care would call me, and did nothing but try and say it was somehow my fault. I came to this facility two days in a row for two different cars. Both times the service was quick and excellent. I'm also happy to see diversity with your technicians. I am a female in maintenance and I love to see that!
Once the oil change happened it was fine waited behind one car for 45 minutes
