Bad customer service I had an appointment at 8:45 to have my car serviced. At two in the afternoon l called they have not even started. I picked up the car and found the coupon I left on the dashboard on the floor it was worth $30.75. I guess I have to find someone to services my car. When I called no one answered the phone two people were in the office when I was there. What ever happened to good service no one seems to care. Maybe I could find a local guy that noes how to keep an appointment. I'm done with Holly KIA
Oil change Oil change department was awesome !! They r def one of the many reasons I will continue to buy Kia vehicles!! Great job to those guys that worked so hard to make my visit amazing!!
Sales great but downhill from there Sales Department was wonderful, but I bought my car in April 2019. As of the end of June my deal is not complete. My payoff on my trade was late which cost me more money. They overestimated my payoff and I still have not received a refund. When I call the dealership, all they say is there is no Accounting Manager and corporate is taking care of processes. Until they get their financial department in order I would avoid them.
Horrible Horrible customer service. Hustlers. They sure swindled me with the certified preowned bs. Had issues since day 2 and have had even more issues since. Stay away from this place and Kia in general. I will never do business here again and wouldn't recommend this place e to my worst enemies.
