Bad dealership Scam!!!!!! Everyone be very careful with this dealership Oleg and Angela shutman value kia on Essington avenue Philadelphia pa , I bought a car on July 13th 2021 kia Sorrento 2016, i ran a Carfax on the car on July 15th 2021 it came back that the car was an accident car in which they never disclose it they sold this as certified used car . Poor customer service!! The vehicle was advertised for thousands less online than what they were charging at the dealership. When we asked about the difference, the answer was "we don't deal with them anymore". (Meaning the website) Gave us runaround about detailing/ cleaning, mats and a spare key. Was told " if we gave every customer a spare key, it would cost us millions". The woman in the showroom who does the paperwork processing walks over to us to discuss something wearing NO MASK! Trying to buy a new telluride Came in to see a particular salesman, but was service by another sales representative. He began to do some fact finding and the final proposal was for the dealership to purchase a telluride from another dealer and charge me $10,000 more for that vehicle. I was trying to purchase a 2021 Kia telluride EX AWD which cost around $39,000 - $44,000. The salesman told me that the new vehicle would cost me $51,000. My wife and I kindly got up and left the dealership.
Preparing to trade in my leased vehicle Horrible customer service by the finance manager. Stated he was too busy and couldn’t help me. Also receptionist played the runaround with me all day to get ahold of the manager. I had to call at least 8 times throughout the day to get someone on the phone and he was very rude and hung up on me. MY FAMILY will NEVER return to this dealership again!

Sales rep Nate was awesome answered all of our questions. Would come back and buy another car from him, also was knowledgeable about the vehicles. Great Job
When you go ask for Nate, My experience was great! Nate was able to get me into a vehicle that fit my family size and my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not try to force me into a specific kind of car. I am pleased with my experience at Value Kia and would recommend anyone to go. Ask for Nate, but I have to admit everyone that we met there was very professional and had great customer service.
