Bad business practices So this is in the response to the GM’s response to my review. No the mark up was not explained to me. What I was told was more long the lines of the mark up was happening because the cars were such great demand. Marking a vehicle up $10,000 just because you can makes no sense and there is no excuse for that. No other dealerships in the area had a GT. I am aware of that. Happy Camper! I bought a new KIA Sorento and the service department have been great with everything I have needed. They take my car right away and have done a great job when I needed a new tire, tune-up and check over from being bumped by another car.
Very Satisfied and Loyal Customer!! Not going into fulldetails but I had an issue with my 2022 Kia Seltos after 2 months, Kia got me out of that lease and put me into a 2022 Kia Sportage. Palm Springs Kia Does Not Deserve Your Business If you value customer service and integrity, Palm Springs Kia does not deserve your business. My wife and I own a 2014 Kia Soul, a 2018 Kia Niro, and a 2022 Hybrid Kia Sorento. All of the sales people were very sweet and generous. I recommend this Kia dealership to by from and services.
Still waiting I CAN'T GET NO SATISFACTION Bought my KIA Forte here October 16th. Yikes it's December 8th and no plates and vehicle registration temp tags expire the 14th. This outfit only responds to favorable reviews

Avoid Kia service department My Kia soul 2015 is great car...but service department needs to go across the street and study Honda service department. With 13,305 mikes on car did not expect to be told I needed to spend $660 dollars on new ignition switch and $200 plus to replace mood lighting switch. Service manager very fuzzy explaining ignition and quite defensive in handling the matter. Based on service I would not buy another kia, nor would I recommend it to others.
