Will purchase again from Palm Springs KIA Kevin Salinas and Hany Badir are knowledgeable, and professional. They answered our questions thoroughly and took measures to clarify and explain features of our car prior to our purchase.
Poor customer service!! The vehicle was advertised for thousands less online than what they were charging at the dealership. When we asked about the difference, the answer was "we don't deal with them anymore". (Meaning the website) Gave us runaround about detailing/ cleaning, mats and a spare key. Was told " if we gave every customer a spare key, it would cost us millions". The woman in the showroom who does the paperwork processing walks over to us to discuss something wearing NO MASK! Love My Kia I’ve been a customer with Sterling KIA since 2007. I can’t stress enough how this company has pulled me through when I needed them the most. In 14 years my vehicle had a hiccup and instead of risking it Kia covered my towing and set me up with a rental. The most courteous customer service received. They’ve never let me down. Oil changes are quick and waiting area is very clean. 5 star service

Trying to buy a new telluride Came in to see a particular salesman, but was service by another sales representative. He began to do some fact finding and the final proposal was for the dealership to purchase a telluride from another dealer and charge me $10,000 more for that vehicle. I was trying to purchase a 2021 Kia telluride EX AWD which cost around $39,000 - $44,000. The salesman told me that the new vehicle would cost me $51,000. My wife and I kindly got up and left the dealership.
