Preparing to trade in my leased vehicle Horrible customer service by the finance manager. Stated he was too busy and couldn’t help me. Also receptionist played the runaround with me all day to get ahold of the manager. I had to call at least 8 times throughout the day to get someone on the phone and he was very rude and hung up on me. MY FAMILY will NEVER return to this dealership again!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I purchased a $32k used car back on 07/11/2020 that within a month i have had to get the water pump, air compressor, alternator and a new battery. a total of $1200.0!!! I have made many attempts in this company to do the right thing but all i get is the runaround. Jeff the manager has avoided all of our calls and emails which is ridiculous. I plan on taking legal matters because this is no way to treat a customer!!

Kia Forte Love Kia!! Always great customer service when I bring my car to get serviced. They are quick to get me in and out of there and always keep me informed on whats going on with my vehicle while I am waiting.
