Walked in and there was 4 staff members. No one acknowledged me. Had a look around, must have been in the shop for atleast 10mins. Not one person came up to me. Another Asian customer walked in and they gave him the same treatment. He actually thought I was staff and asked me for assistance. Told him to go to the counter and he was fobbed off and he walked out. I then went to the guy behind the desk, elderly white guy with glasses. Good quality flooring
Maz was so helpful, he took the time to explain my options clearly, making sure I chose the right flooring for my needs. His advice was knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the service would highly recommend. My floor is lovely so pleased with the results.
Keiran was shutting up shop 10 mins before 6pm on a Saturday and rejected my business for a whole house fit out. Asked him politely if I could have a quick look, to which he refused. I explained I came from far just to see quickly what they had as travelled - few hours to get here on time.according ti google they shut at 6pm. Claimed I wasn’t going to buy and wanted to leave. Bad attitude towards genuine business. More concerned to get home then make money.
Great service from Value Floors, a lot cheaper than any other place we went to & the Quick Step flooring is really high quality. Purchased, ordered & fitted in a week. Thanks Maz
