I have been very happy with Jim Adler & Associates so far! Cici Trevino has been great, she always calls me back when I have a question, she has been very helpful! I have just been released from my therapy, so nothing has been settled yet, expecting great results!!

I have spent many years in the swimming pool industry my early adult life. In mid April I bought a pool. I knew what I wanted in terms of a liner. I called Dohenys and was quote 3 weeks for a liner. It is now late July, and I am being told end of August for my liner (18 weeks late). Obviously, summer for my family is ruined, and my back yard in shamble. Ceci Trevino is doing such a great job,she's very helpful through the whole case,she will make sure you feel like your being helped with.The case is not over yet but I hope to see great results..thanks alot Jim Adler& associates.

I've had to do 95% of the calling/communication. I was switched case managers, they were both not helpful. Can't remeber the name of the first, but Louisa Esperanza is useless, never has called me once in 5 months now, every time I call to check up on my case she tells me the same thing, they're just waiting on some paperwork and she'll call me if she needs anything from me. No updates on my case, no reassurance, everyone I've talked to sounds annoyed by me. Wish I would've gone elsewhere.
